SUMMARY:Community Fit Station Workout
DESCRIPTION:Everyone is invited to come learn how to use the fit stations! Join the NP Trails Network for a FREE fit station workout! We’ll meet at Centennial Park field by the south parking lot by 6:45am on Saturday June 14th. We’ll begin with a warm-up and a few instructions. Small groups will then rotate through 5 stations. The total workout should last about 45 minutes.

DESCRIPTION:The Platte River Fitness Series only half-marathon! Test your endurance in the Sandhills with this beloved half-marathon\, or enjoy a 5K in the village of Arthur! Half-marathon participants are bussed from the gathering point at Arthur School to the starting line of the race\, and run on an oil strip course through rolling hills and gorgeous scenery. Custom medals for finishers\, with computer timing. \nHalf-marathon starts at 6:30 a.m. on the course\, with packet pickup 4:30-5:15 a.m. at Arthur School and mandatory bus departure from the school at 5:30 a.m. sharp.
