-Competitors may stop down anytime between 12 and 6 pm to compete.
– Female and Male divisions
-We will be cookin up some burgers from 11-2.
– 10 dollar entry fee. All proceeds from entry fees go to support Santa Cop. Which will go towards buying Christmas gifts for local kids in need
-Prizes will be awarded for top placements
Competition will consist of –
*1 arm Weighted hold for time-
125 lbs for males
85 lbs for females
*plate pinch hold for time
*optional- 1 arm hang for time
