Professor Marco will be back at Vicious Cycle Brazilian Jiu Jitzue for another great set of seminars.

Junior Session 9am – 10am

Womans Session 10:30am – 11:45am

Adult BJJ(GI) 1PM – 3PM

Open Mat starting at 3PM

UFC Watch Party/Potluck starting at 6PM

Limited number of personal slots available for Sunday morning, If you are interested in one make sure to get signed up ASAP.

Potluck Saturday evening at the gym, bring a dish, watch some fights and prepare for some Epic SpikeBall battles !!
